South Shore MIAA state tournament scores and schedule

Quarterfinals

The MIAA state tournament quarterfinals took place on Tuesday, March 8th. The top eight teams in each division qualified for the tournament. The quarterfinals were played at the higher seed's home field.

In Division 1, top-seeded BC High defeated eighth-seeded Brockton, 7-0. Second-seeded Xaverian defeated seventh-seeded Duxbury, 6-1. Third-seeded St. John's Prep defeated sixth-seeded Hingham, 5-2. Fourth-seeded Needham defeated fifth-seeded Central Catholic, 3-2.

In Division 2, top-seeded Lincoln-Sudbury defeated eighth-seeded Marshfield, 6-0. Second-seeded Winchester defeated seventh-seeded Scituate, 5-1. Third-seeded Reading defeated sixth-seeded Beverly, 4-1. Fourth-seeded Masconomet defeated fifth-seeded Wellesley, 3-2.

In Division 3, top-seeded Medfield defeated eighth-seeded Hopkinton, 6-0. Second-seeded Cohasset defeated seventh-seeded Plymouth North, 5-1. Third-seeded Norwell defeated sixth-seeded Abington, 4-1. Fourth-seeded Westwood defeated fifth-seeded Milton, 3-2.

In Division 4, top-seeded Nantucket defeated eighth-seeded St. Mary's, 6-0. Second-seeded Dover-Sherborn defeated seventh-seeded Old Rochester, 5-1. Third-seeded Bishop Feehan defeated sixth-seeded Mashpee, 4-1. Fourth-seeded Sandwich defeated fifth-seeded Martha's Vineyard, 3-2.

Semifinals

The MIAA state tournament semifinals will take place on Thursday, March 10th. The semifinals will be played at the higher seed's home field.

In Division 1, top-seeded BC High will face fourth-seeded Needham. Second-seeded Xaverian will face third-seeded St. John's Prep.

In Division 2, top-seeded Lincoln-Sudbury will face fourth-seeded Masconomet. Second-seeded Winchester will face third-seeded Reading.

In Division 3, top-seeded Medfield will face fourth-seeded Westwood. Second-seeded Cohasset will face third-seeded Norwell.

In Division 4, top-seeded Nantucket will face fourth-seeded Sandwich. Second-seeded Dover-Sherborn will face third-seeded Bishop Feehan.

Finals

The MIAA state tournament finals will take place on Saturday, March 12th. The finals will be played at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, MA.

The Division 1 final will be played at 7:00 PM. The Division 2 final will be played at 4:00 PM. The Division 3 final will be played at 1:00 PM. The Division 4 final will be played at 10:00 AM.
