Mount Holly Gears Up for Family-Friendly Fright Fest

Prepare yourself for a weekend of spooky fun as Mount Holly, North Carolina, transforms into a haunted haven this Halloween weekend.

The festivities kick off on Friday, October 28th, with the annual Halloween Carnival at the Mount Holly Municipal Complex. From 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, families can enjoy carnival games, trick-or-treating, and a costume contest.

Don't Miss the Legendary Halloween Parade

The highlight of the weekend is the Mount Holly Halloween Parade, which takes place on Saturday, October 29th, at 4:00 PM. This year's parade promises to be bigger and better than ever, with over 100 floats, marching bands, and costumed characters.

Participants will line up at Mount Holly Elementary School at 3:00 PM. The parade route will travel down Main Street and end at the Mount Holly Municipal Complex.

More Halloween Fun for All Ages

In addition to the carnival and parade, there will be plenty of other Halloween-themed activities throughout the weekend. Visitors can enjoy live music, food vendors, and a beer garden at the Mount Holly Farmers Market.

The Mount Holly Historical Museum will also be hosting a special Halloween exhibit featuring vintage Halloween costumes and decorations.

Safety First!

To ensure a safe and enjoyable event for all, Mount Holly Police Department will be on hand to provide security throughout the weekend.

Parents are encouraged to accompany their children during trick-or-treating activities and to make sure they are wearing reflective clothing or carrying flashlights.
